After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, such as clearance documents, technology support or others, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

1. During order's production, we will feedback the production process to customers, share the order process to you, share some photos, to help them well know their orders.

2. Before cargo was near ready, we will contract your shipping agent or our carriers for shipping date; other shipping details; balance.... and feedback to you, to ensure that we can arrange shipping to customers in time for saving time.

3. After it was ready, will carry out strict quality controls on your products and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment.

( Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.If you have any issues with your order, you can submit your requirements to Salesman for further assistance after order confirmed (before cargo finished production) )

1. After shipped out, we will provide draft clearance documents for your double checking, after got your confirmed, then we will send out full sets of clearance documents by express (TNT, DHL....)

2. We will provide tracking website for customers tracking the cargo shipping situation. Also we will help customer to track it and update to you by emails until containers arrived your seaport.
